The Forum, Los Angeles 10/24/2021
The iconic Forum. Built in the mid-'60s, it was once home to the Los Angeles Lakers and the host to legendary boxing events such as Muhammed Alis 12 round victory over Ken Norton in 1973. It has been a guaranteed venue to experience some classic Rock'n'Roll moments.
When you walk down the loading dock, red-painted walls to the left and right provide a timeline of every artist that has performed there. I had the pleasure to document some memorable PHISH shows there and always found it fascinating to walk around the building before the show to either create photos with Mike Gordon, or to observe the planes flying into LAX. This photo was taken on film with a panoramic Sprocket Rocket camera and come in the following sizes:
