The prints come securely wrapped and packaged and should be taken
to a professional Framestore to get properly framed.

Are print sizes acurate?
Print and papersizes do vary due to the fact they images have different ratios and will be handcut.

Please do not buy a frame before you have received the print.

How long does it take to get the print?
Orders are made upon request, please expect up to 3 weeks for the print to be printed,
inspected, signed, packaged, and shipped.

The normal shipping time from Europe to the US is around 7-10 days.

However, if the world is experiencing any sort of pandemic it can take several months.

Also during the time when I am on tour, processing times increase and can be up to 4 weeks.

Small print sizes are shipped flat with the support of cardboard layers.
The big prints are rolled and shipped in a thick phototube and will be shipped with EMS-service.

Both methods will come with a tracking number.

I ask for proof of the damage and I'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
