Phish & The Whale, NYC 4/22/22

Madison Square Garden 4/22/22

After two years with an empty Madison Square Garden over NYE, we finally had the chance to celebrate together with Phish. However, this time, we celebrated a new year in April - without freezing temperatures outside.
For their legendary midnight set, Phish once again transformed the interior of the Garden into a dreamy landscape. This year they took us underwater. During the third set while playing "A Wave of Hope", a gigantic waterfall in the shape of cubes and donuts filled the arena.
During "Waves“, the illusion of being underwater was crystal clear as dolphins and a colossal whale swam through the air.
It is my pleasure to finally share that this photo with the full band and whale is now available as a Fine Art Print.
